Refund and Payments Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Perishable goods

Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable goods. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@flowflowerss.com, including:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by Portuguese law.
